In honor of fall in Texas (aka- the calendar reads “October” but we could still pool most days), this recipe must be shared. I actually drink iced coffee year round, so Pumpkin Spice Lattes over ice are right up my alley.
But this recipe is especially fitting for my weird-fall-weather (and for anywhere else that October still feels like a mix of summer and fall).
Even better, this recipe makes enough to share with friends.
How to make a pitcher of iced pumpkin spice lattes-
4 cups strongly brewed coffee
2 cup half and half or milk (or a combination of the two)
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup sugar
6 pumps caramel syrup
4 tsp pumpkin spice
DIRECTIONS Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high. Serve over ice.
Perfect for relaxing on the porch (or huddled up in the cool of your AC- haha!). Happy Fall, friends!
