oh snap- camera brownies

Jord and I had twenty days together last month. Of course, if you’re us, and you have a few weeks together, you decide to throw not one, but two, parties during that time.

The first party was called Oh Snap!– a fantastic mess of cameras and photography. I can’t wait to show you all of the pictures (if all goes as planned, they’ll be up later this week).

To kick off the camera-y goodness, I thought I’d share the fabulously *Snappy* brownies!

To make these yummies for a photog or camera enthusiast in your life-

1- Make a batch of brownies

2- Cut into rectangles

3- Frost.

4- While the chocolate frosting is still wet, add two oreo cookies (frosted together) to the middle of the brownie, a dark chocolate square to the upper corner, and a couple of Mentos ‘buttons’ on the top edge (secure with frosting).

Not only are they yummy- they can be used as props as well!
