As we get ready to take a little break until the new year, I thought I’d pop in and say Merry Christmas from our families to yours!
I don’t quite know why the miracle of GOD coming down, as a baby, has leveled me this year like it has (or more accurately, why it hasn’t before), but the words from the hymn O Holy Night have been on repeat in my head…

- O night divine, O night when Christ was born
Perhaps it’s because, as I realize again and again my own need for a Savior, imagining that night, THE night that would change things forever- it’s overwhelming. And holds such hope and rejoicing and new and glorious (just like the lyrics that I can’t stop singing- haha!).

Praying that God will bless your holidays with the hope that only could come in Jesus… that the miracle of the new and glorious era ushered in by this holiday would not be lost on your heart this year… that you would be overwhelmed with God’s care and love for us, for you, this Christmas.
