Grilling is the perfect compliment for the abundance of juicy Colorado peaches available at roadside stands, farmers markets and grocery stores this time of year. Just mix up 1/2 tablespoon of lime juice and 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar per half of a peach and 1 cup of blueberries. Slice peaches in half, marinate in mixture during dinner, throw on the grill after dinner (2 or 3 minutes face down and about 10 minutes face up) and enjoy with a plentiful scoop of ice cream! Glory!
