Guys, my mama introduced us to these ‘healthy’ cookies and I can’t stop making them!
Not only are they super yummy, they get their ‘sweet’ from bananas and are otherwise sugar free. They’re the perfect thing to keep in the freezer for crazy school mornings, or mid afternoon snacks, or a New-Year’s-Overhaul-Approved sweet treat.
INGREDIENTS
3 overripe bananas
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS Blend together all ingredients. Roll into balls (using about 2 tablespoons of dough each). Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
