rainbow sangria recipeHappy almost-summer, friends!

rainbow sangria recipeAfter the pretty deliciousness of the rainbow layered lemonades, rainbow sangria was the only logical plan, don’t you think?

rainbow sangria recipePerfection for summer barbecues, and almost-summer get togethers, and Thursday afternoons- haha!

To make rainbow layered sangria, gather-

A rainbow of fruit! Our lineup includes blueberries, green apples, lemons, oranges, red apples and dragon fruit. However, use any rainbow of fruit that you prefer!

1 bottle of white wine

1/4 cup Grand Marnier

1/4 cup brandy

1 bottle seltzer or club soda

Chop all of the fruit. Layer in a carafe in rainbow order. Pour the wine, the brandy and the Grand Marnier over the fruit. Chill for at least an hour (longer if possible).

rainbow sangria recipeTo serve, portion out sangria, top off with sparkling water, and enjoy!
