Today my first born is five. Five whole years since we nervously and excitedly drove to the hospital and started this parenting thing. Five years of praying more than I thought possible. Five years of ups and downs and giggles and cries and love and more love. I am so thankful for this little girl and the pleasant little lady she is becoming. Happy Birthday, Baby K!
p.s. today was a low key day with sandwiches and spaghetti per request of the birthday girl, but there will be a par-tay when Kirst et. all get here IN TEN DAYS!!!
