sewing for YOU?

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Have I mentioned that I almost exclusively sew for my kids because I’m intimidated by sewing for myself? Well, it’s true. Are any of you in the same boat? Well, good news! For the month of March, the blog will be filled to the brim with Sewing for ME ideas! Even better, my cohostess Kelly (from Sewing in No Man’s Land) is one of my best girls and sewing mentors. And our guest list is full of rock star sewists (a little peak at our guest list? Jess, Lindsay, Simple Simon, the Crafting Chicks, Jill, Morgan, iCandy, Ashley, Rach, Leanne… yep, rock stars!).

Oooh, and I am even {finally} putting together a tutorial for The Oasis Dress! Get ready friends… this series going to be good. Better than good, really. The fun starts TOMORROW- see you then!

You seriously rock Kirstin. You have the best series idea. I hinted at ours coming up this summer, just today. I hope you aren’t having second thoughts! 🙂 ha ha.

I am looking forward to reading up on this series this month. What a FABULOUS idea!

And, really, this is as much for me as anything else. I need some Sewing-for-me/my-sisters tutorials! 🙂

What a great idea for refashions! I’ll have to check our local thrift stores.
And, actually, I have no idea what’s coming. Whatever my RockStar Guests send my way. I’m waiting just like you are. 🙂

your blog makes me tired, and I’m just reading it! good thing you didn’t decide to go to snap- it’d just be one more thing on your plate for next month. add more stuff to already-overwhelmed and it’s a recipe for yuck!
and thanks for the compliments- gorgeous is such a strong word. 🙂 I’ll take it though- haha. 🙂
