Here is a great pesto tip: Make a large batch and freeze the pesto into serving size cubes. You can use a mini muffin tin, ice cube trays, or even wax paper on a cookie sheet. Once the pesto is frozen you can put all the cubes in a freezer bag to have on hand at any time you want to eat pesto. Brilliant!
