friday fun finds: create your own photo book!

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

The kojo blog is not a deal website… and we’re not headed that direction.  However, our Friday Fun Find is a deal we saw, loved and thought you might love too.

A little background- we love photo books. Since neither of us scrapbooks anymore, it is our chance to have a tangible hard copy of pictures and memories all in one place (or many separate places, more accurately).  Hopefully these little books will jog our memories and become treasures later… and there is a huge bonus in how much our kiddos love them now!

Anyhow, Picaboo is offering a free 20-page Large Classic, Classic Leather or Classic Custom photo book for the next couple weeks.  You do have to pay $8.99 for shipping.  This would be a great chance to make a baby book, an ABC book, a really-your-options-are-endless book for relatively little investment. ๐Ÿ™‚  Deals like this are too fun not to pass along- a friday fun find indeed! ๐Ÿ™‚

***Just so you know, we haven’t ever used Picaboo before, so we can’t really speak to the quality of the book we’ll be receiving…

What about you?  Did you see anything this week that caught your eye?  We’d love for you to share YOUR Friday Fun Find- a screaming craft-related deal, something you made, a product the rest of us need, a recipe, a tutorial you put together (or one you saw and loved)- whatever you’re loving this week!

A few guidelines:
1. Include a short description of what you’re linking to (as well as the name of your blog if you want).  That way people can go see the fun finds that interest them most.
2. Link to your specific post, and not to the main page of your blog.
3. Here’s the party button if you want to link back to this party from you blog.

  7. I just made my first photobook and I am totally hooked!!! I took tons of pictures of my daughter's favorite stuffed animal Mama Kitty in various settings with Mama Kitty-sized accessories and wove them into a story. My daughter helped come up with the theme (Mama Kitty Goes Camping) and stage the photos, and then I wrote the story.

Thanks for the tip about the special at Picaboo. I may have to take them up on their offer so I can see what their photobooks look like.

  10. Totally missed your party on Friday… was too crazy with the bday preparations for my son's birthday. Looks like you had a nice group- can't wait to browse through them all. I'll be linking this week for sure.

P.S. Thanks for visiting my blog. I recommend the bday banners, super easy and it was a hit at the party!

  11. Hey there! This is such a cool blog hop– I am working on a new website (http://www.ourmommyhood.com) that works to catalogue all the memes and blog parties out there. I hope you don't mind that I added yours to our list. Let me know if you'd rather I took it down– or, let me know if you have any other events you'd like us to promote (giveaways, fundraisers, etc.)!
