We can’t get enough of dragon fruit around here- even though the taste is super mild (similar to a kiwi), dragon fruit smoothies are absolutely the most fun. Because, bright pink!
Also, since we are trying to eat as many fresh mangoes as we can before we leave the tropics, pretty much all smoothies around here have a mango component currently.
DRAGONFRUIT SMOOTHIE RECIPE
1 dragonfruit, sliced in half and soft flesh scooped out
2 mangoes
1 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
Milk, for blending
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix!
