Pink-Lemonade-Pops-{A-Pretty-Life}

Happy summer day to you! I am Jo-Anna from the blog A Pretty Life in the Suburbs! And I’m SO happy to be here today! I’ve always loved the Color Your Summer Series here with Delia & Kojo, but this year I get to be a part of it, which is SO exciting!

My color for this series is the fabulous PINK, which also happens to be my favorite color in the world! When I chose my summer project I immediately thought of popsicles! Pretty pastel pink popsicles. And I knew just the recipe to start with: my Fresh {Real} Lemonade recipe! They taste like lemonade with a hint of cherry from the Grenadine…SO sweet & refreshing!

Popsicle-Title
Ingredients: Makes about 8-10 small popsicles
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup sugar (depending on how sweet or tart you want it)
  • 1 – 2 tsp Grenadine (depending on how pink you want them to be)
Instructions
  1. Juice your lemons. (I just use a hand juicer.)
  2. Add the sugar to the lemon juice and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Once the sugar is dissolved, add the water and stir.
  4. Stir in the Grenadine.
  5. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.

I hope you enjoy these delicious summer treats!
