smore s’mores, please!

I don’t really like marshmallows.  In rice krispy treats?  Yes!  By themselves, not so much.  So s’more-flavored treats have never really been at the top of my list.

However, the less-than-predictable nature of pregnancy has me CRAVING s’mores (I know, weird, right?).  And there are some serious s’more treats to be made for a girl like me.

A few little glories:

S’mores cookies- a marshmallow-y, chocolate-y, graham cracker-y fix without a campfire at Martha Stewart.

This s’mores bar at the Birthday Girl blog is fabulous!  I love it that they have a whole smorgasbord of chocolates available and that they name all of their concoctions!

S’mores in the oven at savory sweet life… A friend made these for us at a Monday night Bachelorette-viewing party a couple weeks ago.  Yum.  Yum, yum, yum.

S’mores tiramisu at Southern Living Magazine– oooh, fabulous.

  1. I made the s'mores cookies with my kids a couple weeks ago. They are very good. One tip I learned…don't cook the chocolate until half way through (especially if you use milk chocolate!)

  2. I LOVE s'mores and had probably the best one in my life a week ago. Make it the regular way but add some fresh raspberries to the layers…OH.My.GOODNESS!!! Delicious. You can also try them with coconut marshmallows (I haven't tried it, but heard it's good)
